Home staging is a targetted approach to make your home look as welcoming and spacious as possible throughout the “for sale” process, providing you with the best possible chance to sell your home for the best possible price.
There is no cost included in the consultation. Our friendly team will quote via your floor plan, otherwise, they will attend to your home to provide you with a quotation.
Furniture hire for six weeks.
Please reach out to us: styled@collings.com.au. We will provide you with a time frame for the install to be completed.
Our friendly team of removalists will fit the property with the selected design, once they are complete, our stylist, Nicole, will attend to add the finishing touches.
Selected furniture is provided based on the floor coverings, window furnishings, and size of the property.
We can provide a certain type of style for your home, based on our existing stock levels.
Yes, you’re welcome to use a portion of your own furniture, however, unfortunately, our prices do not vary as they are fixed.

We will do our best to work with your budget based on our price list.
Unfortunately, our insurance does not provide us with the ability for OH&S purposes.
If you accidentally damage something, it is recommended that you contact us right away.
Furniture hire is for a total of six weeks.
If your house sells early, we will remove the furniture as soon as possible prior to settlement.
You have the option based on our quotation provided, to extend our services on a weekly basis.
This is discussed during the quotation process. You must let us know prior to proceeding with our quotation so we can ensure we have the available stock at the time.
In 2022, 89% of properties that were staged were sold.
Always ensure your house is cleaned prior to the staging process commencing.
